Return & Refund Policy
1. Return conditions
Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The product is not of the correct type or model as in the order placed or as on the website at the time of order.
- Not enough quantity, not enough set as in order.
- External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.
The customer is responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return/exchange of goods.
2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products
- Time to notify about return: within 48 hours from receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or broken.
- Time to send and return product: within 14 days from receipt of product.
- Product return location: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it by post.
